Firstly, Tamarise is not an estate agency. We are a landlord. A landlord that has been investing in the property industry for over 20 years. We own all of the properties within the portfolio and as such take great pride in the property itself but more importantly in providing a happy and safe environment for all our tenants.
It means we know our properties inside out, we know our areas inside out and have a genuine duty of care when dealing with all our tenants, many of whom have been with us for many years.We have also worked hand in hand with our team of qualified and trusted contractors for a long time, and these relationships mean any maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.We continuously invest in all aspects of the business from the boring tech stuff, to the training of our employees.
